It's ok to be a little suspicious of people talking about you but I know far too-many overly-paranoid people. It makes me sad.
I have a simple solution of just making fun of myself for other people so they don't need to waste thier time or energy making fun of me. Hmmmm funny I accepted the fact that everyone in this world will always hate and dispise my exstiance and very being. Yet after doing so I dramatically increased the amount of friends and people I know. I think it has to do will killing my pride. I don't expect people to like me so since others don't feel force to like me they just naturally do. And those that don't (There are very many) are open about it and I'm open back too. There is a sense of respect I think. Even my enemies I love for being there to be my enemies. So it's a weird thing being loved and hated by people.
Sorry that is a bit off-topic but I felt like getting it out.

I like Kevin for real! Infact... If Kevin were a girl I'd crush on him XD (Thats not creepy is it? :S ) Yeah, I do that a lot too Kev. Make a joke about yourself, just so you can make a joke. But yeah, thats a good thing at times, but not always - you have to retain some pride. Believe me, it doesnt work constantly making jokes about yourself end on end...
