That quote is from the anime GaoGaiGar. It is said at the end of every episode when a preview of the next episode is given and is said by the narrator. However, it's also said by Kotarou Taiga when he approves the use of the Goldion Crusher in the last episode of GaoGaiGar FINAL, an OVA made after the original series ended. One can assume that the quote was used intentionally, since lines from the opening and ending songs had been used by other characters during the series.

AHA!!!! That quote is from Eyeshield 21 during the Taiyo Sphinx game! Kurita loses his nerve so Himura makes up a quote and says it is from Eyeshield 21 to encourage his players.
