Time RP

Victor looked up at the asian-looking man, a look of utter confusedness smeared over his well-groomed face.
"Space...time? What the bloody hell is that all about?"

"By going fast enough, you can break through a hole in space, and thus traveling through time. It's complicated, however, in case another chunk of building falls down, I suggest we find that shelter." Replied Xuan.

Still horribly confused by all the space-time nonsense, Victor shook his head in fake understanding.
"Yes... very well. To shelter it is!"
he said, looking up at the currently still but yet crumble building above them.
Victor then looked around, and saw two possible places of hiding - a manhole cover, or an abandoned looking structure. He made both of these known to Xuan.

Kamaru walked toward shelter.
"This is really annoying....."
"So Now what...we need to find out how big this place is!"

Ugg continued to follow Erik, confused as ever as he points in fear at every hi-tech gadget or falling building he sees.

Xuan noted the manhole cover. He lifted the cover, and peered into the sewer-like place.

"It looks clean down here. Probably because it's a new city... Even though it's on fire." He dropped down the hole.

Sofia looked around nervoulsy and dropped down after Xuan. "Are you sure...I mean, is it safe to be underground like this?" She asked afraid of the darkness.

Xuan looked around. He saw a blow torch, and some flint on the ground. He struck the flint and lit the torch. He held up the new light, to see a row of torches, and oddly... A very clean and tidy room, with several beds.

"Those Council people must have hoped we'd find this kind of place..."

"Xuan this is a test for them...so they think about 'EVERYTHING' "
Kamaru appeared next to Xuan.

Sofia looked around. "And I guess they were planning on us gathering the group we have...there's the perfect amount of beds..." She mumbled to herself and walked over to one of the beds. "Our names are inscribed..." She said, again to herself. Looking around she found the bed with her name on it and smiled when seh recognized the quilt. "My mother's quilt." She picked it up and hugged it close.

He noticed something odd about this place. "How much could they have predicted of this? Or is it simply DNA technology that reads us, and plants the correct amount of beds and names them...? I wonder."

He walked over to the bed with his name inscribed upon it, and checked under the bed, and pulled out a ring. He looked at it for a while, not saying anything.

Sofia noticed the ring and walked over to him with the quilt in hand. "That's a pretty ring, belong to your wife?" She asked gently.

Xuan clutched the ring in his fist. "I was... going to propose. But then, bandits attacked while I went hunting for food, for the villagers you see... And...." He looked down.

Kamaru looked at the beds and the names and found her's.
"They got my name wrong.....its should be kanji...."
Kamaru layed on the bed putting her hands behind her head.
"Maybe they saw inside are minds and recreatored what we're used too....."

Sofia looked down. "I'm sorry for your loss...I lost my mother the same way..." She said sadly. When she heard Kamaru's voice she used it as a topic changer. "Yes, of course, because from what I've encountered so far....this uh 'technology' is pretty advanced...it would be a possibility wouldn't it?"
