There are certain people in this world with powerful psychic powers. Lots of research has been done on these powers but they are still much unknown. It is known that the majority of these powers appear around the teenage years and often under a situation of extreme mental trauma. Certain classifications have been given to these powers that the majority of these psions use yet still certain psions have certain abilities that only they can perform and has never been successfully copied by another psion.
Despite not fully understanding their powers, it is very understood that their powers are very vast and useful! The government clearly understands the threat these psions pose to society if left unchecked. To prevent the danger they cause, a secret organization of the government trains them to control their powers. They say they train them to use their powers to protect them from hurting people and ensuring peace but the real reason isn't kept very secretive, they train them to become assassins of the government performing top-class assassinations. This training begins as soon as they attain these psions no matter what the age!
There are 3 categories of psychic powers.
Telekinesis: Can move and lift physical objects with only one's mind. Certain special kinds of telekinesis move less physical substances such as fire, wind, etc.
Telepathy: This allows a person to enter someone's mind. They can send words or whole conversations into a person's head as if they were said verbally. They can read a person's surface thoughts and perhaps dig deeper into reading memories. They can sense minds around them like radar. Certain telepathy can even implant illusions into a person's mind. A person with strong telepathy skills can block out other psions with lesser telepathy skills trying to invade their mind.
Metaphysical: One of the most mysterious powers. This is the ability to channel psychic energy from the mind into physical form. The ability to do so is limited but can be used in many ways. As long as the user has psychic energy left they can make a variety of things out of thin air.

Name: Zerta Malucoutsala (He always tell people to not even try to pronoice his weird last name and just call him by his first.)
Age: 14
Gender: Male
Physical Description: Short spiky silver hair. His natural hair color is jet black but he is consistantlyredying it. Bright blue eyes. A little shorter then most his age, about 5'5 or 5'6. His aura is light blue.
Personality: He is pretty stoic. He enjoys a good laugh here and there but mostly he is laid back and calm. Unphased by most events.
Short Bio: Mother left his family when he was young. Has no known family conections besides his dad. His dad was a terrible drunk and one day when his dad while very drunk he was beating Zerta and threatened to kill him. Zerta's powers were accidently unleashed and killed his dad. Afterwards he was taken away by the government.

Telepathy: About average level of other psions.
Metaphysical: Excells at. His specialty is focusing his psychic energy into his right fist forming a gaunlet made of blue mental energy, it's powerful and destructive. He can also make shields.
