ok... this took me a while to figure out how to work it...and i have a really really really long explanation for those who didn't read the book. ok? XD i hope this works ^.^
I am basing it off of the books Ender's game and Ender's shadow. 2 awesome books about 2 young boys who are sent to a school to learn the art of war in space. I won't elaborate too much incase you want to read it, so i'll just explain the school.
Basically, this RP is going to take place in the battle school. The battle school is pretty much around 3 giant rings revolving in outer space, but only 1 is accessible to students and that is the one we are working with. In battle school, the newbies are called launchies and are trained in the basics before being transferred to an army. They go to practise sessions in one of the battle rooms, located in seperate parts of the revolving center ring. Once they learn the basics they are transferred into an army. When in an army the launchy is considered a soldier and must obey any orders from the commander. The commander is another kid who is around the same age, promoted to commander status as result of showing the results the teachers want, they are usually very smart and learn very quickly.. A commander is a good leader, a good tactitian and has strict rules. When a launchy enters an army, they then train with the commander and no longer with the teachers. The commander teaches them from now on.
Review: A launchy is a newbie. A launchy becomes a soldier when put in an army. Commanders are in charge of their own armies and carry out the training.

Before entering the battle room, the kids change into something called a flash suit. This suit protects them from freezing and severe injury when in the battle room. The kids are givin weapons that don't cause injury, but disable a soldier by freezing. The soldier may be disabled, having a leg or an arm frozen, or he or she may be completly frozen, unable to fight and carry out orders. The commanders choose toons, short for platoons. These toons are basically how the commander organizes the army, there is a toon leader, kind of a sub commander to each toon. The usual number of toons in an army is four, but you may have as many as you like. There are 40 kids in each army. (i'm trying! >.<)
How an army defeats the other army:
Each army has a gate. The gate closes during battle and the objective is to open it. If 4 members of an army can touch their helmets to the four sensors on each gate it will open, and a fifth member of that army must pass through for a game to be won. The winning commander then given his hook back and he freezes his army first, then the enemies. Then, after unfreezing every one, the armies line up in the middle of the room and the winning commander then approves of the enemies leave.
What is a hook: a hook is a necessary tool the kids get when they become commanders. It can pull them to any part of the room , and it can thaw the flash suits. They do not get to use it during battle but it is allowed for training.
oh! i almost forgot!
In a battle room, there is no gravity! Soldiers have to control their movements and rebound off of walls and stars(Stars are large obstacles that are randomly arranged for each battle, they can be in the middle of the room or against the wall. in training the hook can be used to pull a star to the middle of the room or where ever.)They have to control their strength or they could spin out of control
Uniforms are colored coated, and you only get two, a flash suit and a normal suit. Commanders have special uniforms. Armies are color coded and the colors are on the flash suits. When a launchy is lost, he can press his hand to an identification unit on the wall and a strip on the floor will light his or her colors and lead him back to the barracks.
oh!... Armies are always named after an animal.. I'll let Commander's choose their armies name. No two armies can have the same name, so if it's claimed...you need to choose a different one.
okok! here are what we need!
No character can be extra special like Ender or Bean./..they all have to be normal... I am only allowing 4 commanders so that we get some soldiers in the armies... If you are a commander you need to think a lot about strategy and you need to keep track of all of your soldiers. You can have as many characters as you want. (we need lots of soldiers) oh! and your army can fight random armies that are just there in the school so that we get some where XD

and um... Each student at the Battle school has a desk that they can use as a diary, or to play a fantasy game. The fantasy game is like a secret way for the school to see the children's personalitys... there is always a third level that nobody can get across. There is a giant and he offers you three drinks... but each one results in a random very grotesque death... the only characters ever to get past him were Ender or Bean... and since nobody is allowed to be prodigys like bean or ender, nobody gets past that level ^^' sorry.....
and i'm the colonel... i didn't make him a character because i want to focus on the kids and not the teachers... so anybody can control teachers... NBut i am always the leader of the school ^^

Strengths and weaknesses: Carries out disipline well, alert andcalm. Has a weak spot for the children/ weakens punishmetn a little for younger children.
