Seeing as Sephy has already been said, and my other main character like is Vincent Valentine (but he is not an evil villain), i'd have to say Jecht / Sin from FFX.

I can see now that this was a good idea making this fanclub. Ive done alot of things that werent very smart before. Ate a saftey pin, drank my pee, let george actually get 2 feet next to me with a kamera, miss spelling camera, riding my bike down a flight of stairs, giving my dad laxitives, tried to make a homunculus seal wristband out of scotch tape and a door stopper, staring at a strobe light for 20 minutes, lighting off a bottle rocket in a coffee can under my foot, lighting 10 sparklers on my dads roof causing the roof shingles to melt, tried to make a combination roman candle and apple launcher, dropping georges lighter and one of his roman candles in the lake, firing paintballs at a medical center across from my dads house, throwing a ham in a corner of my room in my dads old house and letting it sit there for three months, eating a case of raw cookie dough with easy cheese on it, rammed my head into an aquafina machine, hit my head on several tree branches an low cheilings/shandaleres, leaving a package of reeses cups in my coat pocket while in Harry potter and then realize it from the mellted choclate all over my shirt, took jolt gum for the first time in history class my freshman year, and having the battle of the idiots behind jewel.

O__O wow kakashi sensei, I'd have to say, that's alot of evil. :kabuto adjust his glasses:: well I suppose you woulndt object to me making a mascot for this club would you? I'd like to make an evil little demon with bat wings, a hammer, glasses (my personal touch), horns and a paradisu book. hows that sound?
