XNA game studio, a beta program that is available for download that lets you make your own games, and for $99 a year, the games you make can be uploaded onto your xbox 360 and traded between other xbox 360's via a new xbox live update soon to be released. There is also a first person shooter tutorial thing, but only for members.
Games can also be played on PC by anyone but they may need XNA software
